Gary Alloy

CEO, Partner

For over 35 years, Gary has successfully navigated the discount benefit business. He was one of the first to develop a pre-paid capitation program for dental care. Through the years, he’s received numerous awards for his leadership and sales achievements in the benefits and insurance industries. Since starting National Benefit Programs in 2009, Gary has lead the way as CEO, negotiating major discounts and partnerships that have increased the value we offer to our members while helping the company grow.

Gary graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has been married since 1970 and has two children. He and his wife reside in Atlanta, Georgia.

Diane Vogt Faro

President, Partner

Diane Faro was the chief executive officer of JetPay Corp. (NASDAQ: JTPY), a leader in payment processing and payroll for nearly half a century. With locations in Addison, Texas; Carrollton, Texas; Allentown, Pennsylvania; Pensacola, Florida; and Langhorne, Pennsylvania, the company provided a single-vendor solution for payment services, debit and credit card processing, ACH services, and payroll and human capital management needs for businesses. Faro was instrumental in the 2018 acquisition of JetPay by NCR Corporation. The addition of a direct payment processor and the expanded services of payroll and human resources services was key to the strategic direction of NCR, as the world’s No. 1 point of sale software provider for the retail and hospitality industries.

Faro became CEO at JetPay in May 2016, after serving on the company’s board of directors for two years. Before joining JetPay, she was president and partner of National Benefit Programs, which provides brand loyalty and discount programs for small to mid-sized businesses. Faro served as President, Global Merchant Services, at First Data from 2005 to 2009, when she was responsible for over $1 billion in annualized revenues. From 2002 to 2005, she served as Alliance Group President for First Data Merchant Services, where she led strategic direction and was responsible for annualized revenues in excess of $600 million on processing volumes of $350 billion. Prior to that, she served as CEO of Chase Merchant Services for five years.

Faro is a past president of the Electronic Transaction Association (2004-2005) and served as an ETA board member for nine years. She also served on advisory boards for Visa and MasterCard and held board positions with Merchant Link and Front Stream Payments.

Faro is passionate about leadership development, with a special focus on mentoring professional women. She is a co-founder of Women Networking in Electronic Transactions (Wnet), a national organization that provides networking and growth opportunities for women in the payments industry.

With a career that spans more than four decades in the financial services industry, Faro has focused on growing companies and leading people. Her expertise in defining strategy and increasing revenue has shaped her career as an executive and entrepreneur.

Sonny Wooten

Vice President of Business Development

Sonny has over 36 years of experience with American Express and is a recognized and respected leader in the acquiring and payment processing industry. Most recently, Sonny was the Director of Business Development in the small merchant acquisition strategy group. Sonny also held sales and marketing leadership positions in NYC, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Charlotte. Prior to American Express, he worked in the hospitality, retail and medical device industries. Sonny is also on the Advisory Board of the Southeast Acquirers’ Association and a Certified Payment Professional (CPP).

Sonny graduated with BA from North Carolina State University and a MBA from Central Michigan University. Sonny and his wife of 40 years have one adult daughter and reside in Dunwoody, GA with their two dogs.

Rob Riggs

Chief Technology Officer, Partner

Rob Riggs has more than 15 years’ experience developing technical solutions for organizations in a wide-array of industries. He has led program development for Fortune 500 firms as well as small businesses, and understands how technology is best utilized within both types of organizations. Rob’s business acumen and technical knowledge have proven to be an asset when communicating with both clients and the implementation teams he leads.

Rob graduated with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Marketing and Business Management. He and his wife live in Atlanta, Georgia, with their Italian Greyhound Lily.

Dana Adams Sills

Senior Vice President of Sales

Dana is responsible for creating strategic partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Payment Processors, 1099s, Financial Institutions, Integrated Software Vendors, and other organizations interested in delivering enhanced value to their client base while also increasing their portfolio valuation.

Dana’s career in the non-cash payments processing industry began in 1991. Since then she has enjoyed roles in every aspect of the evolving industry including Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Product, Project and Program Management, Operations, Training and Communication, and Relationship Management. Dana enjoys connecting the right people, products, and services so that everyone involved benefits. Rapidly creating deep and meaningful strategic partnerships are what make her thrive.

Dana graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Communications. More recently she earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. When not creating opportunities for others, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, water sports, and artistic, creative endeavors.
