Leadership

Gary Alloy, CEO

Gary AlloyFor over 35 years, Gary has successful navigated the discount benefit business. He was one of the first to develop a pre-paid capitation program for dental care. Through the years, he’s received numerous awards for his leadership and sales achievements in the benefits and insurance industries. Since starting National Benefit Programs in 2009, Gary has lead the way as CEO, negotiating major discounts and partnerships that have increased the value we offer to our members while helping the company grow.

Gary graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has been married since 1970 and has two children. He and his wife reside in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Rob Riggs, Chief Technology Officer

Rob Riggs has more than 10 years’ experience developing technical solutions for organizations, working in a wide-array of industries. He is a talented project manager, with a background in development. He has experience working with Fortune 500 firms, as well as small businesses, and understands how technology is best utilized within both types of organizations. Rob’s business acumen and technical knowledge have proven to be an asset when communicating with both clients and the implementation teams he leads.

Rob graduated with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Business Management and Marketing. A newlywed, he and his wife live in Atlanta, Georgia, where they have a miniature pinscher named Talulah Belle and an aquatic turtle named Samuel.

 

Dana Adams Sills, Senior Vice President of Sales

Dana Adams SillsDana is responsible for creating strategic partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Payment Processors, 1099s, Financial Institutions, Integrated Software Vendors, and other organizations interested in delivering enhanced value to their client base while also increasing their portfolio valuation.

Dana’s career in the non-cash payments processing industry began in 1991. Since then she has enjoyed roles in every aspect of the evolving industry including Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Product, Project, and Program Management, Operations, Training and Communication, and Relationship Management. Dana enjoys connecting the right people, products, and services so that everyone involved benefits. Rapidly creating deep and meaningful strategic partnerships are what make her thrive.

Dana graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Communications. More recently she earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. When not creating opportunities for others, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, water sports, and artistic, creative endeavors.

 

Sonny Wooten, Vice President of Business Development

Sonny has over 36 years of experience with American Express and is a recognized and respected leader in the acquiring and payment processing industry. Most recently, Sonny was the Director of Business Development in the small merchant acquisition strategy group. Sonny also held sales and marketing leadership positions in NYC, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Charlotte. Prior to American Express, he worked in the hospitality, retail and medical device industries. Sonny is also on the Advisory Board of the Southeast Acquirers’ Association and a Certified Payment Professional (CPP).

Sonny graduated with BA from North Carolina State University and a MBA from Central Michigan University. Sonny and his wife of 40 years have one adult daughter and reside in Dunwoody, GA with their two dogs.

 

Diane Vogt Faro, Partner

Diane FaroDiane originally served as both President and Partner at National Benefit Programs, but stepped down as President in 2016 after being named CEO of Jetpay. She still maintains ownership in the company. Diane is a recognized and respected leader in the acquiring and payment processing industry with over 35 years of experience. She has served as President of Global Merchant Services at First Data Corporation, CEO of the Chase Merchant Services Alliance with FDC and J.P. Morgan Chase, board member at both Merchant Link, and Front Stream Payments and has served as a board member and President of the Electronic Transaction Association’s (ETA) Board of Directors. Diane also co-founded the Women’s Networking in Electronic Transactions (W.net). In addition to being the President of National Benefit Programs, she is also the President of Faro Payments Consulting (FPC), and currently serves as CEO of JetPay.
